Treat yourself to a morning of Pilates with our qualified instructor. Addressing both the mind and body, Pilates will help you realign your body’s posture and guide you to incorporate techniques that promote correct movement throughout the body. Within just a few sessions, you will feel reinvigorated as you let go of tension and habits that interfere with the body’s natural mechanisms.
Pamper yourself with the healing hands of our spa therapist. Our aim is to make you feel reinvigorated and give you the best treatment possible, so that you leave feeling fresh and re-energized. Try our traditional Balinese massage or treat yourself to a facial made with natural ingredients such as papaya, lemongrass, cucumber and local honey. All you need to do is sit back and relax as our therapists work their magic.
From March until the end of August 2019, we will have a qualified yoga teacher and physiotherapist on-site. We will be offering daily morning yoga sessions from Monday to Friday. Outside guests are welcome, however, you will need to make a reservation. This can be done by sending up a WhatsApp message, with at least 24 hours notice.
Different types of yoga will be offered, such as the following:
Yoga Nidra as taught by ParaYoga, Traditional Hatha Yoga, Restorative Hatha and Yin classes, Moon classes, Sun classes, Fire and light classes and restorative classes.
With advice from our trained professional, treatments are offered depending on what is specifically requested or by what is viewed as necessary to treat by our therapist on-site. Treatments include manual therapy, visceral therapy, craniosacral therapy, lymph drainage and specific other techniques. A single therapy session or a combination of these are available on offer. The best is to speak to our therapist and see what is best and required for your situation.
