By utilizing traditional construction techniques our buildings stay cool on the hottest of days without the need for AC, hugely reducing the need for electricity. Boa Vida Rote harnesses the power of solar panels to generate clean energy, reducing our dependence on conventional sources.
Our rainwater harvesting waters our garden providing some of the fruits and vegetables that make up our menu. Anything that we can’t grow at home is sourced from our local farmers and markets, vastly cutting food miles.

You will also find our healthy cafe Indika in the heart of Nembrala. Perfect for a snack between sessions when surfing spots a little further from home.
