Payment Policy

In order to guarantee your booking we request a 30% deposit.

The remaining 70% payment must be finalised no later than 2 months prior to arrival.

Deposit

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your reservation. By making this payment, you accept these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice if the deposit is not received within seven days of the booking date. 

Cancellations

The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of arrival, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation. Failure to show up for your reservation will result in the full charge of the booking. We strongly advice purchasing comprenhensive travel insurance to protect against cancellations.

 No refund will be issued for no-shows or unused days due to early departure.

Reimbursement is not possible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural dissasters such as earthquakes or floods, or political instability affecting travel security. 

In the case of late arrival due to flight delays, we will gladly extend the stay – subject to availability- but cannot be held accountable for such flight delays or cancellations.

Change of Arrival or Days Not Used

We will accomodate requests to change a confirmed arrival date, provided we have availability for the requested new dates. No cancellation fee will apply for such changes. The updated booking will be subject to the cancellation terms outlined above. Please note that no refunds or credits will be provided for unused days resulting from early departure. 

Last Minute Bookings

For last-minute bookings, payment methods must be prearranged, with full payment received prior to your arrival to Bo’a Vida Rote.

International Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking. Please ensure that you and all accompanying guests are covered for the duration of your visit, including protection against illness, injury, medical evacuation, death, loss of baggage and personal items, flight and accommodation cancellations and other travel contingencies.  

Passports 

Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your departure date.

Responsibility

Bo’a Vida Rote will not be held liable for any injuries, loss of, or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay, or during your participation in any of the activities. For your safety, please follow all directions provided during your stay or participation in activities.
